“Lovely newly renovated hotel, our air con was way to hot though the room was very hot all the time even with air con and lowest. Super comfy bed and lovely bathroom, very spacious. Casino was great, we at the Pizza and it was really good. We also went to Lucia Mexican and it was also really good. Disappointed with the pool not being open and not being notified about this upon booking. Location wasn’t the best but as this was my 5th time to Vegas from Australia I wasn’t worried. Housekeeping were lovely also”

“I was here for work with limited time. First is the smell of the hotel, is refreshing. It's slick cherry decor and smoke free casino is different that adds to its unique modern decor. Spacious bathroom with decent showerheads & pressure! Complementary breakfast at The Kitchen has a variety from healthy choices to pretty much all you can eat bacon. Don't quote me on that...”

“Had a great stay here. The rooms are excellent very spacious, well designed, and genuinely comfortable, with plenty of room to relax rather than feeling boxed in like many Vegas hotels. What really sets this place apart though is the staff. Easily some of the nicest and most genuinely friendly hotel staff I have come across anywhere. Everyone I interacted with was welcoming, helpful, and seemed to actually enjoy what they were doing, which makes a huge difference to the overall experience. The property has a relaxed, modern feel and is easy to get around, and everything just works smoothly. A really solid stay with standout service. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it without hesitation.”

“Virgin Hotel drew me away from the ongoing wave of strip hotel price gouging. Now I get consistently old fashion Vegas value for my money. Instead of hiking prices, Virgin seemed to lean in and bombarded my e-mail and snail mailboxes with low room rate incentives. It worked and I still get to stay at a 4 star property with NOBU and other decent restaurants. I joined Cherry Rewards during my first visit and mail offers started flowing in. After a year and a half of focusing my small gambling budget of around $1000/trip and staying at Virgin Hotel every 2-3 months, I can say that its Cherry Rewards program has been very generous with rooms, free slot play, and food allowances. For the trip I just completed, Cherry Rewards increased free play from $75 to $150, but deeply cut the food and drink amount. It is very stingy with points for video poker and video blackjack rewards—the only games I play—and gives slot players max rewards, but I still love the place. The casino and restaurants are busiest on nights and weekends; weekdays are very quiet, but the customer service is very good. And, so far, my often comped rooms and the whole property have been very, very clean. They are dog friendly but keep the pet rooms section separated from the other rooms. If I ever bring my dog, she’ll have several pet areas to explore. Many conveniences for Humans are directly across the street from the hotel: CVS, a great Italian food restaurant, bbq place, strip mall sushi, dispensary, brew houses, fast food, nail salons, etc. (The Enterprise Car Rental branch at Virgin is unstaffed and nonfunctioning.)”

“My first time staying at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas and overall I would give it 5 stars. The food was GREAT, especially at Kassi Beach House and the 24-hour pizza spot. The night entertainment and live music were amazing, the singers had great voices, and my husband and I really enjoyed ourselves. The drinks were good, and the room was nicely furnished and clean. First impressions matter, and honestly, I was not expecting the food and entertainment to be that good. The only thing I would mention is that the carpet when you first walk in looked like it needed to be vacuumed or updated. The gambling area was also very dark, and the carpet could definitely use a refresh. Other than that, the entertainment, drinks, food, and beach club were 10/10 amazing!”

“Stunning at first sight but cleanliness missed the mark. This hotel is huge with lots of conveniences to offer: casino, restaurants, live music and more! Check-in process was straightforward with informative staff. Found it difficult taking luggage to the Opal Tower from lobby as the building is carpeted throughout. We chose a king sized room. The lighting was great with a very nice view of the surrounding landscape. It even included a view of The Sphere which was like a nightlight when the sun went down. The design selection inside is an art deco style. Bright and eclectic furnishings with colorful art pieces. The privacy doors were a nice touch to separate the main space from the entryway. Ample space provided on the bathroom countertop but the water closet was really small. The room was relatively clean but the longer we stayed… the dust that’s accumulated as well as grime in the shower was hard to unsee. Walls are thin and you will definitely hear your neighbors. A lot to do in the area but the blocks are long. Recommend ride-share or access to a car if you’re looking to go to the strip.”
